Second Phase Exam Center Notice for Section Officer (Non-Technical)
This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the second phase competitive written examination of Section Officer or equivalent post of the Non-Technical Category, Gazetted Third Class, advertised under Advertisement No. 16701–16707/081–82 (Open and Inclusive), Joint and Integrated, to be conducted at the Jaleshwar Examination Center.
Candidates who passed the first phase competitive written examination held on 2081/12/30 and 2082/02/10 must attend the second phase as per Notice No. 2467/081–82 published on 2082/03/03. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions mentioned in the “Note” section.

Only candidates who passed the first phase held on 2081/12/30 are eligible to appear in the second phase for Administration, Federal Parliament, and Audit Services.

Only candidates who passed the first phase held on 2082/02/10 are eligible to appear in the second phase for Foreign Service.

Even in the event of an unanticipated public holiday, the examination will be conducted as per the scheduled date without prior notice from the Commission.

Only black ink must be used in the examination.

Candidates who passed the first phase exam at Jaleshwar or were transferred there are eligible. Others will not be allowed to participate.

Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam venue.

No candidate will be allowed to attend the exam without the admit card. Please arrive at the exam venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled time with the admit card.

Along with the admit card, candidates must bring a citizenship certificate or a photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.
