TU Invites BMS Examination Application Forms
Deadline to apply is March 1, 2026; provision for changing exam centre removed.

Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology (IoST), Dean’s Office has published a notice regarding submission of examination application forms for various sessions of the Bachelor of Mathematical Science (BMS) programme.
Under the semester examination system and the grading system, forms have been requested for bachelor-level regular and partial examinations to be conducted in 2082 (BS).
Who Must Fill the Form
According to the notice, the following examinees must submit the examination application form:

2079 batch: Fourth Year, Seventh Semester

2080 batch: Third Year, Fifth Semester

2081 batch: Second Year, Third Semester

2082 batch: First Year, First Semester
Examinees must submit the application form by March 1, 2026 [2082-11-17 (BS)].
The concerned School of Mathematical Sciences must verify the received forms and mandatorily submit them to the Dean’s Office by March 4, 2026 [2082-11-20 (BS)].
Fees and Payment Details
The examination fee per semester is fixed as follows:

Regular: 2,000 rupees per semester

Partial: 2,000 rupees per semester
Up to the first week after the deadline ends, forms may be submitted by paying a late fee of 2,000 rupees.
The institute has stated that the fee amount must be deposited in the Dean’s Office current account at Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur:

Important Rules and Conditions
As per TU’s latest decision, the provision related to changing the examination centre has been removed from this time.
Other conditions stated in the notice include:

After selecting subjects and submitting the form once, subject changes will not be allowed.

While filling the form, the examinee must sign the form and the admit card themselves; otherwise, the office will not be responsible.

If a form is submitted for a subject in which the examinee has failed internal evaluation, the examination for such a subject will be automatically cancelled.
