TU Invites BIT 3rd Year 5th Semester Exam Application Forms

Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology (IoST) has opened the examination application form for the Third Year, Fifth Semester of the Bachelors in Information Technology (BIT) programme.
This notice has been issued for regular examinees of the 2080 batch and partial examinees from earlier batches.
Application Submission Deadline
As per the notice published by the Examination Section, examinees must submit the application form by March 11, 2026 [2082-11-27 (BS)].
The concerned campus and colleges must verify the received forms and mandatorily submit them to the Dean’s Office by March 13, 2026 [2082-11-29 (BS)].
Fees and Payment Details
The examination fee per semester has been fixed at 2,500 rupees for both regular and partial examinees.
Up to the first week after the deadline ends, forms may be submitted by paying a late fee of 2,500 rupees.
The collected fee must be deposited in the Dean’s Office current account at Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur:

Rules and Conditions
The institute has stated that the provision for changing the examination centre has been removed for this examination.
Other conditions mentioned in the notice are as follows:

After selecting subjects and submitting the form once, examinees will not be allowed to change them again.

Examinees who have failed the internal evaluation will not be allowed to submit the application form. If submitted, the examination for such cases will be automatically cancelled.

The examination will be conducted in 2082 (BS), and the examination centre will be decided later.

The examinee must fully sign the form and the admit card themselves; otherwise, the office will not be responsible.

If an examinee appears in a later semester examination without submitting the form for the intervening regular semester, that examination will be automatically cancelled.

A late fee of 2,500 rupees will apply up to the first week after the deadline.
