TU Invites BSc CSIT 3rd Year 5th Semester Exam Form Notice

Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology (IoST), Dean’s Office has issued a notice inviting examination application forms for the bachelor-level Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc.CSIT), Third Year, Fifth Semester.
The form has been invited for examinations to be conducted in 2082 (BS), targeting regular examinees of the 2080 batch and partial examinees from earlier batches.
Submission deadlines
Examinees must submit their application form by March 11, 2026 [2082-11-27 (BS)].
Concerned campuses and colleges must verify the forms received from students and mandatorily submit them to the Dean’s Office by March 13, 2026 [2082-11-29 (BS)].
The institute has stated that forms cannot be submitted for subjects in which internal evaluation has not been passed. If such a form is submitted, the examination for that subject will be automatically cancelled.
Fees and payment details
The examination fee has been set as follows:

Regular: 2,500 rupees

Partial: 1,500 rupees (up to two subjects), and 2,500 rupees (more than two subjects)
Up to the first week after the deadline ends, the form may be submitted by paying an additional late fee equal to the applicable fee amount.
The collected fee must be deposited in the institute’s current account at Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur:

Exam centre and subject selection rules
For this examination as well, the provision related to changing the exam centre has been removed.
After an examinee selects subjects and submits the form once, subjects cannot be changed again.
The application form must be filled by the examinee personally, and the admit card must also be fully signed by the examinee.
If an examinee appears in another semester examination without submitting the form for any intervening regular semester, that examination will be cancelled.

Partial examinees must submit a photocopy of the mark sheet along with the form.

Affiliated colleges must submit proof of payment of a 3,000-rupee service fee per student.

Internal evaluation marks and attendance must be mandatorily mentioned in the exam application form.

Examinees who do not submit the application form within the specified period will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
