TU Issues B.Sc.CSIT Eighth Semester Examination Form Notice
Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology, Office of the Dean (Examination Section), Balkhu, has published a notice regarding the examination application form for the Fourth Year, Eighth Semester of the four-year Bachelor's level Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc.CSIT) program.
According to the notice published on Asoj 1, 2083, students of the 2079 batch appearing in the regular examination and students of earlier batches appearing in partial examinations must submit their examination forms by Asoj 21, 2083. The concerned campuses and colleges have been instructed to verify the forms received from students and mandatorily submit them to the Office of the Dean by Asoj 23, 2083.
Examination Fees and Bank Details

Regular examination fee: Rs. 2,500

Partial examination fee (up to two subjects): Rs. 1,500

Partial examination fee (more than two subjects): Rs. 2,500

Late fee: During the first week after the examination form submission deadline, an additional Rs. 2,500 will be charged for regular examinees, an additional Rs. 1,500 for partial examinees taking up to two subjects, and an additional Rs. 2,500 for partial examinees taking more than two subjects.
The concerned campuses/colleges must collect the examination fees and deposit the amount in the current account maintained in the name of the Office of the Dean at Nepal Bank Ltd., Kirtipur Branch, Account No. 04500100099107000001, and submit the deposit voucher. The examination centre will be determined later.
Points Campuses and Colleges Must Note

Proof of the approved quota must be submitted along with the forms, and forms of students exceeding the approved quota must not be submitted.

A list of students receiving full scholarships as required under Tribhuvan University rules must be attached.

Affiliated colleges must submit proof that the service fee of Rs. 3,000 per student, payable each semester, has been deposited with the Planning Division, Kirtipur.

For partial examinees, a photocopy of the marksheet and a photocopy of the student's registration card must be compulsorily attached to the application form.

Internal assessment marks and subject-wise data must be submitted separately with name lists. Forms of students without internal assessment will be returned, and students who have failed the internal assessment of a subject will not be permitted to fill out the examination form for that subject.
Special Rules and Information for Students

According to the decision of Tribhuvan University, the provision for changing the examination centre has been removed.

Once subjects have been selected and the examination form has been submitted, the subjects cannot be changed.

The examination application form must be completed by the examinee personally, and the examinee must also complete and sign the admit card themselves.

The examination form must be submitted within the period specified in the curriculum. If a student is found to have taken an examination after exceeding the prescribed period, the examination will be automatically cancelled.

If any examinee fails to submit the examination form for a regular semester in which they studied, skips that semester, and submits an examination form for another semester and appears in the examination, that examination will be automatically cancelled. The concerned student, campus, and college will themselves be responsible for this.
