Purbanchal University Opens Online Exam Forms for M.Sc. Engineering Third Semester

Biratnagar: The Office of Examination Management, Purbanchal University, Biratnagar, has opened online examination application forms for students enrolled in various postgraduate (M.Sc.) programs under the Faculty of Engineering.

According to the notice issued on 16 Kartik 2083 BS (2083/07/16), students appearing in the third-semester regular and partial examinations of the M.Sc. EM/CM/ISE/EPE/UDC/MEQ programs scheduled for the academic year 2083 must complete their online examination forms within the prescribed deadline.

Important Dates and Bank Details

• Online Examination Form Submission Deadline: 2083/08/04.

• Examination Fee Deposit Deadline: 2083/08/08 (November 24, 2026).

• Bank Account Number: 00710017518402.

• Original Bank Voucher Submission Deadline: 2083/08/11.

The original bank deposit vouchers must be submitted to the Office of Examination Management through representatives of the respective schools, campuses, or colleges by the prescribed deadline.

Students who fail to complete their examination forms within the regular deadline may submit them by paying the applicable late fee in accordance with university regulations.

The Office has stated that the online examination form system will close automatically after the prescribed extended submission period expires.

Online Examination Form Submission Procedure and Conditions

Students must complete their examination application forms through either of the following online platforms:

• Direct Examination Registration Portal: https://examform.puexam.edu.np/examregistration/

• Examination Website: www.puexam.edu.np

Students accessing the examination website must select the "Exam form" option under the "Exam Menu."

Instructions for Students

1. College Approval and Student Code: Students must obtain approval from their respective colleges and receive a six-digit student code before completing the examination form.

2. Login Procedure: After receiving college approval, students must log in using their Registration number and student code to complete the online examination application.

3. Accurate Personal and Examination Details: Students must correctly enter their names, photographs, email ID, and examination subjects. Written and practical examination subjects must be clearly identified.

4. Subject Correction Fee: A fee of NPR 500 per subject will be charged if a subject entered in the examination form needs to be corrected.

5. Omitted Examination Subjects: Students who fail to include a subject in their examination application form will not be allowed to appear in the examination for that subject.

6. Internal Assessment Requirements: The examination results of students who fail or remain absent from internal assessment examinations will be cancelled.

7. Technical Problems: Students experiencing technical difficulties while completing their examination forms must immediately contact their respective colleges.

Instructions for Schools, Campuses, and Colleges

The respective colleges must provide Subject-wise Data according to each Batch.

Colleges are also required to Verify students' examination forms and upload the bank deposit voucher showing the total examination fees paid in a lump sum according to the number of students.

Examination and Affiliation Fee Details

The examination fees, affiliation fees, and late submission charges are prescribed as follows.

1. Regular and Partial Examination Fees

• Regular/Partial Students (2020 Batch Onward): NPR 2,100 per student per year.

• Partial Students (Up to the 2016 Batch): NPR 1,600 per student per year.

2. Affiliation Fee

- Regular Batch Only: NPR 15,000.

3. Late Examination Form Submission Fees

Students submitting examination forms after the regular deadline must pay the applicable late fee according to the following schedule:

• Within Seven Days After the Prescribed Deadline: NPR 1,000.

• Up to 10 Days Before the Examination Begins: NPR 2,000.

• Up to Five Days Before the Examination Begins: NPR 3,000.

Note: For the late fee provisions referring to 10 days and five days before the examination, the examination commencement date will be considered the date on which the first examination of the respective academic program is conducted.
