The Public Service Commission (PSC), Hetaunda Office in Hetaunda, Makwanpur, has announced the designated examination center for the upcoming written examination of BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital. In order to ensure the smooth operation and management of the examination, candidates are required to adhere to the specified norms and guidelines.

Guidelines:

  1. Unexpected holidays: In the case of an unexpected holiday on the examination day, the examination will proceed as scheduled, unless prior notice is provided by the Commission.

  2. Admit card: No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

  3. Arrival time: Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the scheduled start of the exam.

  4. Prohibited items: Mobile phones, electronic devices, and calculators are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Only black ink should be used for writing answers, and pencils are not permitted in the answer book.

  5. Identification: Candidates must bring a certificate of Nepali citizenship or any government-issued photo identification when participating in the exam.

  6. Designated examination center: Candidates should note that participation in the examination is restricted to the designated examination center only. No other examination centers will be arranged.

  7. Answer format: For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be recognized.

  8. COVID-19 precautions: Due to the ongoing pandemic, candidates must strictly adhere to the following measures:

    • Wear a mandatory face mask before entering the examination center.
    • Carry personal sanitizer and drinking water.
    • Maintain a distance of two meters when entering, leaving, or using the restroom facilities.
    • Follow all instructions given by the assigned examination personnel.
  9. Special cases: Candidates who are infected with COVID-19 and require special arrangements for the examination should report their infection to the PSC Hetauda Office. They can contact the office by phone at 057-520302, 057-526822 or via email at [email protected]. Candidates must inform the office about their situation through an application.
