Kuse Rural Municipality, Jajarkot (कुसे गाउँपालिका, जाजरकोट) was established in 2017 (Falgun 27, 2073 BS) as a local government of Nepal. The headquarters of the Kuse Gaunpalika is located in Dhime, Jajarkot district, Karnali Province of Nepal. Kuse is a rural municipality and also known as Gaunpalika in the Nepali Language. Kuse Rural Municipality is surrounded by Nalgad Municipality East, Junichande Rural Municipality on the West, Barekot Rural Municipality and Jumla district on the North and Bheri Municipality and Chhedagad Municipality on the South. Paink, Dhime, Archhani, Talegaun and some parts of Pajaru committees (VDCs) were incorporated to form Kuse Gaunpalika. This rural Municipality came into existence on 10 March 2017.

The total area of the Kuse Rural Municipality is 273.97 km2 (105.78 sq mi) and the total population of the municipality is according to 2011 (2068 BS) Nepal census is 20,621 individual. The density of this rural municipality is 75/km2 (190/sq mi). This rural municipality is divided into 9 wards. The elevation of this rural municipality is 2415 meters (7923.23 feet).
