ADBL Invites Applications for Promotion to 46 Posts
Applications are invited from eligible permanent employees for filling 46 vacant posts through promotion based on performance evaluation. Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL – Krishi Bikas Bank Limited) initiated this promotion process in line with the consent received from the Public Service Commission on February 12, 2026 [2082/10/29 (BS)].

According to the notice, based on the approved positions under the Bank’s FY 2082/83 annual strategy and budget, eligible candidates may apply for vacancies calculated up to the end of Ashadh 2082 (BS), in accordance with the Employee Service Regulations, 2062.
Interested candidates must apply online within 30 days from the date of publication by logging into the Bank’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using their User ID and Password.
Application Fee and Payment Method
Fee (Officer Level posts): Rs. 1,000
Fee (Assistant Level posts): Rs. 600
The Bank has stated that the fee must be paid online through ADBL Mobile Banking.
If the final day falls on a public holiday, applications may be submitted until the next day the office reopens.
Scope of Promotion
Promotion has been opened for various posts under the Administration Service from Level 10 to Level 5.
Employees who do not apply within the prescribed period, or who do not submit the form properly, will not be allowed to participate in the promotion process.
