The world is constantly reeling from the havoc of the global pandemic Corona. So far more than one lakh 90 thousand people have lost their lives due to this virus and more than 27 lakh 18 thousand people are infected. While more than seven lakh 45 thousand people have been cured. Death toll crosses 1,90,000 worldwide:

The number of people worldwide who lost their lives to the global pandemic COVID-19 crossed 1,90,000 on Friday. Two-thirds of people have died in Europe.

This information was given in the Tele prepared by AFP after linking the data received from official sources at 7:30 AM according to international time.

It has affected Europe the most, where 1,16,221 people have died and 12,96,248 cases have been reported.

This is followed by 49,963 deaths in the US, 25,549 in Italy, 22,157 in Spain, 21,856 in France, and 18,738 in Britain.

Number of infected in Pakistan crosses 11 thousand

About 79 percent of the total coronavirus cases in Pakistan are from local infections. With this, the number of people infected with the deadly virus in the country has increased to more than 11,000. Health officials gave this information on Friday.

According to the National Health Service Ministry, 13 more patients died due to coronavirus, increasing the number of dead to 237. So far 2,527 people have been cured.

Health officials said on Friday that 642 new cases were reported in the country in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 11,155.

4,767 in Punjab, 3,671 in Sindh, 1,541 in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 607 in Balochistan, 300 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 214 in Islamabad and 55 in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. So far 1,31,365 investigations have been done in the country.

Pakistan has been conditionally allowed to offer prayers in mosques during Ramadan, which has jeopardized the campaign to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

Six new cases of coronavirus in China

New confirmed cases of coronavirus in China have now reduced to single-digits, while large technology companies such as Alibaba and Tencent have started booking services for the COVID-19 probe.

China's National Health Commission (NHC) said on Friday that six new confirmed cases of coronavirus were detected in the country on Thursday, of which two are from outside and four from local infection.

At the same time, as of Thursday, there have been 1,035 cases of coronavirus in Hong Kong, of which four people have died, while 45 cases have been reported in Macau and 427 in Taiwan, including six deaths.

A total of 699 patients have been cured in Hong Kong, 27 in Macau, and 253 in Taiwan.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said that the US is still trying to get real samples of the Novel Coronavirus from China because many questions related to this infection are still unanswered.

Earlier, President Donald Trump said last week that the US was closely watching reports that the coronavirus had developed from a virology laboratory in Wuhan city.
