Education Ministry Repeals ‘Educational Consultancy Services and Language Teaching Directive, 2073’
Kathmandu. The Government of Nepal’s Ministry of Education and Sports has repealed the “Educational Consultancy Services and Language Teaching Directive, 2073.” The ministry’s Educational Consultancy and Certification Section at Singha Durbar announced the repeal through a notice issued on Shrawan 19, 2083 BS.
According to the notice, the government-approved “Educational Consultancy, Language Teaching and Preparatory Classes (Operation and Management) Regulations, 2083” were published in the Nepal Gazette dated Ashadh 25, 2083 BS and have already come into force.
The ministry stated that the directive was repealed through a ministerial-level decision made on Shrawan 18, 2083 BS to prevent any confusion arising from the previous directive following the implementation of the new regulations.
The notice was issued under the signature of the ministry’s Under Secretary, Semant Raj Koirala.
