Encouraging Education: Global Cooperation for Development Distributes Educational Materials to Students in Syangja District
In an effort to support education and motivate students, Global Cooperation for Development, with financial assistance from the China Foundation for Rural Development, distributed educational materials to students studying from Child Development to Class 8 in Syangja District's Biruwa Rural Municipality. This initiative aims to provide necessary resources to enhance the learning experience of students in community schools.
Reaching Out to Schools in the Municipality
A total of 33 schools within the Biruwa Rural Municipality participated in this program. Out of these schools, 31 received educational materials, including stationery and bags, benefiting a total of 1,691 students. The distribution of essential items such as copies, pens, erasers, and more aims to equip students with the tools they need to actively engage in their studies.
Constituent Assembly Member Amrita Thapa Magar Leads the Distribution
Constituent Assembly member Amrita Thapa Magar took the responsibility of distributing the stationery and bags to the students. During the distribution event held at Navjyoti Mavi, she emphasized the importance of education and expressed her hopes that the materials would encourage students to study further. By personally engaging with the students and handing them the educational materials, she aimed to inspire them on their educational journey.
