Gorkhapatra Sansthan Publishes Promotion List for Various Posts

Kathmandu — The Secretariat of the Staffing Committee of Gorkhapatra Sansthan has published the promotion list for various posts to be filled through seniority and work performance evaluation. The list was made public in accordance with the notice published on January 30, 2026 (2082/10/16 BS), based on the Gorkhapatra Sansthan Employees Service Conditions Regulations, 2025/26 (2082 BS) and 1995/96 (2052 BS).

According to the institution, the decision was made to promote candidates who possess the required academic qualifications and who have completed the longest service period in the post one level below the post to be promoted.

Correction Notice

The institution has also published a correction notice. According to the Member Secretary of the Staffing Committee, in the promotion notices published on page 2 of Gorkhapatra Daily on March 16, 2026 (2082/12/02 BS), namely Promotion Notice No.: 27/2082/083, 28/2082/083, 29/2082/083, and 30/2082/083, the wording should have stated “promotion through seniority and work performance evaluation,” but it was stated otherwise. The error has now been corrected.
