Humla DAO Recommends Three for Nayab Subba Promotion

The District Administration Office, Humla, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Nepal, has recommended three employees for promotion to the post of Nayab Subba. The Promotion Committee Secretariat stated that the decision was made to fill vacant posts in accordance with a notice of the Public Service Commission.
As per the Promotion Committee’s decision dated February 24, 2026 [2082-11-12 (BS)], employees have been recommended for the post of Nayab Subba under Nepal Administration Service, General Administration Group, Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical). The notice was made public for the first time on February 25, 2026 [2082-11-13 (BS)] for the purpose of Section 24(c) of the Civil Service Act.
According to the notice, positions have been filled through two different procedures. Two employees have been recommended under Promotion Notice No. 211/082-83 based on seniority and performance evaluation, and one employee has been recommended under Promotion Notice No. 248/082-83 through work capability evaluation. All recommended candidates have obtained a total of 100 marks.
