Humla Ward Supports SEE Prep Classes via Cost Sharing

Humla, Poush 26, 2082 (BS).

Preparatory classes for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 have been launched under a cost-sharing model. The classes are being conducted with 60 percent investment from Kharpunath Rural Municipality–5.

Ward Chairperson Bharatjang Shahi of Kharpunath Rural Municipality–5 said the cost-sharing preparatory classes were launched to provide financial support to students taking the SEE and to encourage them toward their studies.

The preparatory classes have been organized for students studying at Mandhara Secondary School in the ward. The classes have been started with the objective of improving the quality of SEE results and ensuring that students participating in the preparatory classes achieve a 100 percent pass result. He said the ward has also provided financial support for the implementation of the program.

He informed that preparatory classes are being conducted for Compulsory English, Mathematics, and Science. The classes will run for two months, and the cost will be NPR 1,500 per subject. A student will need to pay NPR 4,500 to attend the classes.

Of the total amount, 60 percent will be borne by the ward office and 40 percent by the students concerned. The classes are being conducted using digital boards. Two teachers are involved in the classes, and 17 students are participating.
