Located at Jadibuti, Kathmandu-32, the campus requires all examinees to carry a valid admit card and follow strict rules during examinations. Students must arrive at the exam hall 15 minutes early and avoid bringing restricted items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or notes. Violations may lead to exam cancellation or disciplinary action. Health concerns must be reported to supervisors immediately. The notice ensures exam integrity, discipline, and a smooth environment for all participating students.
Important Exam Instructions for Grade 12 Examinees
All students must follow the rules below during the examination period:

Only students with a valid admit card will be allowed to enter the campus gate.

Students must be seated inside the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the exam begins.

Carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, books, cheats, or other restricted items inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited. If found, such items may be confiscated.

If any student is found with a mobile phone or smartwatch inside the exam hall or misbehaves with the invigilators, their examination may be canceled.

All students must keep their admit cards visible during the exam.

Any student found carrying prohibited materials or misbehaving with assigned invigilators/staff will be subject to disciplinary action.

Each examinee is allowed to go to the toilet only once during a single exam session. However, students are not permitted to leave for the toilet within the last 15 minutes of the exam.

All students must strictly follow the instructions mentioned on the back of their admit cards.

In case of any health issues, the student must immediately inform the administration or the exam invigilator.
