Subject: In relation to the additional teacher Salary allowance.
According to the decision of the Ministry of Finance, there is a request to transfer the budget to the local level by adding additional salary allowance activities of teachers working on the basic and secondary level approved payroll and subsidy in the budget sub-heading 350000014. It is requested according to the decision to be implemented as per the received budget program booklet 076-077.
