MoFAGA Notice Regarding the Details of Gazetted First and Second Class Vacant Posts:

Subject: Regarding the details of Gazetted First and Second Class Vacancies.
In the above connection, according to the approved annual calendar of the Public Service Commission, For the purpose of filling up the vacancies of Gazetted First and Second Class (Technical / Non-Technical) in 2077/076 as per the details of that Ministry / Commission / Secretariat / Body and all the vacated Gazetted First and Second Class services, groups and subgroups (attached on separate sheets).
As per the decision of the Government of Nepal (Hon'ble Ministerial) dated 2077-04-27, you are requested to fill the demand form of vacancies as per the recently approved organization and management survey report of the Government of Nepal in the format by 2077-05-10. Also, please send the letter to the email address [email protected].
Documents to attach:
- Certified documents (leave letter, promotion/appointment letter, the decision to create posts, letter of resignation, and certificate of post-registration) should be submitted.
- Pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section 7 (a) of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS, in the current Fiscal Year, all the documents proving the basis of the demand form should be submitted after calculating the vacancies from leave and promotion and sending the demand form.
- gazetted First, second class (technical / non-technical), details of vacancies should be certified and sent in a separate sheet from the RAP Special Category (Secretary) of the concerned body.
