Subject: Regarding the promotion of unclassified employees
According to the Employee Adjustment Act, 2075 BS, there is a dilemma regarding the promotion of office assistants (unclassified) employees who have been adjusted to the local level from the civil service, as written by various local levels; Until a separate law is enacted for the employees working at the province and local level, you have to do it in accordance with the Civil Service Act, 2049, Section 24D (2), Sub-section (3) and Civil Service Rules, 2050, Rule 33 of the Government of Nepal (Secretary level). There is a request as per the decision of dated 2077-03-22.
