Notice for Civil Servant to Submission of Declaration of Assets:

Pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 40 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2042 and Sub-section (1) of Section 31 (a) of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act, 2048 and Rule 118 (1) of the Civil Service Rules, 2040, Provision has been made to register the property details in the National Library (Civil Service) through the concerned office within 60 days from the date of the date and the responsibility of submitting the property details will be with the concerned employee.

The property details form as per the format prescribed in the notification of the Government of Nepal, Prime Minister, and the Office of the Council of Ministers should be filled and sent out with the following details out of the envelope.

Due to the epidemic of COVID-12, according to various directives and procedures issued by the Government of Nepal, the risk of infection will increase and any risk of infection will increase and according to Rule 118 (1) of the Civil Service Regulations 2040, As there is a provision that the property should be submitted to the Library ”, this year the person has to go to the National Library (Civil Service) to submit the property details in person (personally) to register the property details as soon as possible from the concerned office. Within 28 days, it will have to be sent through the National Library (Nizamati).

Employees of other services who have been adjusted at the state and local level as per the Employees Adjustment Act, 2074 (did not get the employee code number) and employees who have been appointed at the local level (employee code number) as recommended by the Public Service Organization in Fiscal Year 2075/076. However, the records submitted to the District Coordinating Committee, Village Municipality, Municipality, State Government Ministries as per the notification of the Government of Nepal, Prime Minister, and Office of the Council of Ministers, Section 68, 20th Ashad 2074 (Additional 11) Bhan 4. The envelopes should be submitted to the office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers within 30 (thirty) days and such property details should be protected and managed by the state government. However, civil servants who have been working in the civil service and have been adjusted at the union, state, and local levels will have to submit their property details to the National Library (civil service) as usual.

Received at the National Library (Civil Service) by post within the prescribed period will be entered in the PIS and recorded. However, records will not be kept as if the property details received after 60 days are not received.
