Online Company Registration in Nepal from 17th August

Online Company Registration in Nepal from 17th August:

The Office of the Registrar of Companies is going to end the duplicate records from 17th August 2020 (Bhadra 1, 2077). It is preparing to end duplicate records by digitizing all the records of the office.

After the middlemen started harassing the service recipients in the company registrar's office, the office has started digitizing all the work from the 17th of August.  All the work will be done through online, 'said Pradeepraj Adhikar, registrar of the company registrar's office.

According to the official, a separate paper file of the new company registered from 17th August will not be required. The office will not ask for a separate file for any new company. The office will work from the same digital file.

Earlier, the office had also demanded digital files and separate paper files. Paper files used to be messy in the office. It took a long time to find those files. Those who used to delay the work of the service recipients used to take advantage of the same opportunity and even go to the office of the middleman. Which was also an obstacle in the performance of the office.

Now that it is only digital, there will be no hassle of searching for files. The service recipient will be able to view the file directly from the office computer.

Similarly, since August, companies have been required to submit records online. The company does not have to submit a separate paper file (hard copy). This will apply to all new and old companies.

From 17th August, all new and old companies will be able to keep the company's documents safe. Only digital files have to be submitted to the office. The company itself has to keep all the documents including the decisions of the board of directors, audit records, capital increase plans. But when the office searches, they have to bring the original documents. But you don't have to carry paper files for daily administrative work.

The company is also going to digitize the old company. It is said that the papers of the companies currently in the office will also be taken to digital technology. The office plans to digitize all the documents by giving a certain amount of time even to the old company.

The office has set a target of registering 20,000 new companies in the current fiscal year. To achieve that goal, the office will digitize all the work. Since everything will be faster after digitalization, the office will digitize everything to make it easier to meet the set targets and also to make it easier for the service recipients.

Even the government has taken a strategy to provide as many facilities as possible to the entrepreneurs. The Ministry of Industry has also put forward a policy of providing fast service. A policy has been put forward to create a conducive environment for entrepreneurs in government offices. In line with the same policy, company registration is being facilitated.
