Result of up to Class 9 Will be Publish till 19th Baishakh, 2077:

Some schoolchildren, who have been locked up at home for more than a month after completing their annual school-level exams due to increased risk of coronavirus (Covid-19) infection, are expected to publish their results next week. In order to advance reading through electronic mediums, the results of the annual examination of students up to class 9 have been prepared until next week. Some schools have started new education through the electronic medium by publishing the results.

The Education and Human Development Resource Center has stated that the school will publish the results of the students keeping in view the health and safety. Private schools have also decided to publish the results of all students by the upcoming Baishakh 19th.

The government had directed to expedite the annual examinations due to the coronavirus infection. However, the results of the students who took the exam have not been published. But now, even if electronic or other means are used, the result of the student will be given.

Dr. Tulasi Thapaliya, Director General of the Center, said that the learning achievement of the students would be verified by the teachers and the schools could publish the results. It has been found that technically competent schools have already informed the students and parents about the publication of results.

Director-General of the Center, Thapaliya, said that the school should publish the results keeping in view the health and safety of the students. He said that many children who took exams in schools due to coronavirus infection may be out of contact with the school at present and the center should search for such students.

Tika Puri, president of Private & Boarding Schools' Organization, Nepal (PABSON), said that the results of students up to class 9 who have taken the exam till 2076 Chaitra 5 will be made public by Baishakh. He said that since students and parents could not come to the school and get information about the publication of results, they would be informed about the results online or through other means.

He said that it was necessary to publish the results for the operation of the new class of students and now it should not be delayed. He said that it is estimated that it will take time to open the ongoing bandh and normalize the life of the people and it will take more time for the children to come to the school and conduct regular classes. For this, it is said that homework is being done to teach about the access of students to technology and to teach through electronic medium soon.
