National Examination Board - NEB

SEE Exam will be Conducted on the Schedule Date:

While debates to postpone the SEE exam are underway due to the Coronavirus, academics have suggested using security measures. The Secondary Education Examination (SEE) begins on 6th Chaitra.

The government has set up a health desk in 1995 SEE examination centers across the country. The Health desk is being set up in coordination with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health to prevent the transmission of coronavirus in the students during the SEE examination.

Before entering the examination hall, the temperature of the examiner, staff, and everyone involved in the examination will be checked. If there is a fever in any of the students during the examination, the treatment will be taken from the health desk to the hospital.

Educationist Vidyanath Koirala believes that the exam should not be postponed at present. However, it says there is a way to protect the candidate from being infected with the Coronavirus. "If there is a possibility of infection while keeping the examiner in the hall, the exam can also be conducted in a large hall or square," he says. Due to water or sun problems, the tripod can also be used in a square. If necessary, consult a health worker as well. '

The government has also been studying security measures without postponing the SEE Examination. The Ministry of Education and Health will jointly mobilize thousands of volunteers to raise awareness about the possibility of preventing the coronavirus infection. Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Education Deepak Sharma and Health Ministry Dr. Gunaraj has made Lohani the coordinator.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Education, Deepak Sharma, said that although there was an awareness of the corona infection, there was no discussion to stop the examination. 'The test is still pending. In the meantime, if there is a serious problem, then a high-level committee under the coordination of the Deputy Prime Minister will make the necessary decisions, ”he said.

The Medical Education Commission will also be involved in the campaign. The government is preparing to launch a campaign in coordination with the medical college teaching health-related subjects. As a first step, volunteers will inform the general public about what the coronavirus is. Then Casey said he would be informed about what would happen if the virus became infected.
