TBC Incubation Centre Welcomes Angel Investors and Mentors to Support Young Innovators

The TBC Incubation Centre has welcomed a new group of angel investors and mentors in a formal signing ceremony. With their involvement, student entrepreneurs will gain better access to guidance, early-stage funding, and professional networks that can support them from idea to implementation.

These mentors and investors will walk alongside the incubatees at key stages of their journey. They will help refine ideas, review and strengthen business models, provide one-to-one mentoring, and introduce promising teams to potential investors and industry partners. Through this step, the TBC Incubation Centre aims to help student-led ideas grow into practical and impactful ventures.

Group CEO Mr. Rajen Kandel officially welcomed the new members into the TBC community. “We are pleased to bring such a diverse and experienced group of professionals into our team,” he said. “Their combined experience in technology, human resources, aviation, and investment will help connect classroom learning with real-world practice and outcomes.”

Newly Appointed Mentors

Kismat Pachhai

A Senior First Officer at Sita Air, Kismat brings leadership experience from the aviation sector. He has worked in organisational communication and community development with various NGOs and INGOs and has been involved in guiding teams toward long-term growth.

Mr Ujjwal Poudel

Co-founder of Jobs Sniper Pvt. Ltd., he has more than a decade of experience in human resources and related fields. He has worked with over 2,000 organisations, mainly focusing on talent acquisition, training, and helping institutions build capable teams for the future.

Er. Ujjwal Koirala

A computer engineer and faculty member, Er. Koirala specialises in artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics. With an academic background that also includes an MBA and legal studies, he helps connect advanced technology with practical entrepreneurial applications.

The centre also welcomed its newest angel investor:

Captain Rabindra Dangol

A veteran aviator and designated chief pilot, Captain Dangol is an active investor and mentor who is keen on helping promising ideas grow into successful ventures. He brings long experience in leadership and strategic decision-making to the incubation programme.
