Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations Notice for Transcript and Certificate Online 2082
Tribhuvan University introduced online services last year to minimize the need for service seekers to visit the Examination Controller’s Office, Balkhu, in person. However, continuity was disrupted due to technical issues. This issue has now been resolved through an internally developed system, and we inform everyone that online services are set to resume.
On this occasion, we extend our best wishes for the Nepali New Year 2082 and announce that online applications for transcripts and provisional certificates will be available starting Baisakh 2, 2082 (April 14, 2025), at 11:00 AM.
As part of the phased implementation plan, all services provided by the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, will be conducted online starting on Jestha 15, 2082.
To submit the online form:

Visit student.tuexam.edu.np

Log in and fill out the form as per the given instructions.

Pay the required fee through the linked bank portal and apply online.
Important note regarding mark sheets:

If the marksheets match the information on the registration card, proceed as is.

If discrepancies exist, correct them using the correction option before submitting.

If the yellow original mark sheets issued before the online system differ, submit the Application ID slip along with the yellow original mark sheet to the designated Confidential Section.
After submitting the form online, follow the instructions to collect the transcript.
Despite existing limitations, we sincerely request the cooperation of all stakeholders to maintain the continuity of online services at the Examination Controller’s Office, Balkhu.
