TU 35-Day Notice for PhD Equivalency Submission
Tribhuvan University, Curriculum Development Centre, has issued a 35-day notice.
In this matter, Mr. Dipendra Singh Sunar, a resident of Dadeldhura District, Sudurpashchim Province, received an equivalency certificate from this Centre for a PhD degree obtained in 2023 from Singhania University, Rajasthan, India, as per letter No. 4660 dated 2080/06/15.
It has been reported that you obtained the PhD degree without obtaining prior approval and without fulfilling the minimum required study period at the university.
Therefore, you are required to submit the original copy of the PhD equivalency certificate, along with proof of prior approval and evidence of having studied at the university for the minimum required duration, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If the required documents are not submitted within the given time frame, action will be taken as per the law.
