The government has decided to postpone all the exams to be held in the university in the month of March / April (Chaitra 2076).

At the Secretariat meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ishwar Pokhrel, who was also the coordinator of the coordination committee, briefed on the decision of the coordination committee and the present situation.

Then, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli instructed to postpone the examination saying that the risk could be increased while conducting the examination at this time, Minister Pokhrel said. He said that the CTEVT exam was also postponed. Minister Pokhrel said that the decision to postpone all the tests to avoid the risk of an exam.

He said, “This decision has given some difficulty to the students and parents who are preparing for the exam. But we were saying that such a decision could be made at any time during this disaster. ”But he urged the students to continue their studies.

The government postponed all programs under the annual program of schools and universities. The meeting of various bodies of the government was decided and the entire program of education of schools and universities was postponed.

The government has also decided to postpone the SEE exam which will be held from Thursday. Earlier on Wednesday, the Corona Infection Prevention and Control High-Level Coordination Committee had decided to close the study of universities, child development centers, basic and secondary schools by mid-March.
