The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Department of Agriculture has an annual approved program to mobilize agricultural graduates in the current Fiscal Year 2078/079 and according to the approved "Agriculture Graduate Operational Procedure 2078" to operate the program.
A total of 77 technicians who have graduated in agriculture till the end of Ashad will be assigned on a contract basis in the farm centers under the Department of Agriculture and the Agricultural Knowledge Centers under the Ministry of State; Pursuant to point no. 7 of the “Agricultural Graduate Operational Procedure 2078”, the graduate technicians selected from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences, Kirtipur and the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Rampur on the basis of the qualification system. This information has been published to contact the Department of Agriculture, Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur within 7 (seven) days with photos (3 copies).
From the list published in the details, 20 candidates from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences (IAAS), Kirtipur, and 20 graduates from Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Rampur, Chitwan will be selected from among the candidates who will apply within the stipulated time.
No service agreement will be signed with the agricultural graduates who have not come in contact during that period. And on the basis of the qualification system for the number of vacancies mentioned above, contract agreements will be signed with other agricultural graduates respectively. It is also advised not to keep in touch with the students studying in Master's in Agriculture (MSc Ag) and enrolling in that level in this Fiscal Year as there will be no service contract agreement.
