The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province has recommended an alternative candidate for the post of A.N.M. under the Local Health Service, Nursing Group. The Commission’s Interview and Recommendation Branch decided to recommend a candidate from the alternative list for a vacant post in Fedap Rural Municipality, Terhathum.
According to Notice No. 394/2082-083, under Advertisement No. 4042/2081-82 (Women), Assistant Level Fourth Level, the previously recommended candidate (Merit Order No. 11) Pramila Kumari Chaurasia was found to have taken appointment in another post. As she had moved elsewhere, Fedap Rural Municipality requested the Commission to recommend an alternative candidate for the vacant position.
Based on this request, and in accordance with Section 39(2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44(1) of the Province Public Service Commission Rules, 2081, the Commission removed Pramila Kumari Chaurasia from the merit list. The Commission stated that it decided on February 17, 2026 [2082-11-05 (BS)] to recommend Tara Pant (Alternative Merit Order No. 2) for permanent appointment to the vacant post.
