The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province has recommended an alternative candidate for the post of Fisheries Development Officer under the Provincial Agriculture Service, Fisheries Group, Officer Level Seventh Level. The Commission’s Interview and Recommendation Branch decided to recommend a candidate from the alternative list for a vacant post under the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Koshi Province.
According to Notice No. 395/2082-083, Roshan Ale (Merit Order No. 1), who had been recommended earlier through the notice dated August 15, 2025 [2082-04-30 (BS)] under Advertisement No. 7020/2081-82 (A.J.), has had his resignation accepted. After the post became vacant, the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers requested in writing for an alternative recommendation, leading to this decision.
In accordance with Section 39(2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44(1) of the Province Public Service Commission Rules, 2081, Roshan Ale has been removed from the merit list. In his place, the Commission stated that it decided on February 17, 2026 [2082-11-05 (BS)] to recommend Tulsi Jirel (Alternative Merit Order No. 1) for permanent appointment.
