Koshi PSC Recommends Alternative Candidate for Urlabari Kharidar

The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province has recommended an alternative candidate for the Kharidar post under the Local Government Service. The Interview and Recommendation Branch recommended a candidate from the alternative list after receiving information that the previously recommended candidate for Urlabari Municipality, Morang had taken appointment in another post.
According to Notice No. 393/2082-083, under Advertisement No. 4501/2081-82 (Open) for the Local Administration Service, General Administration Group, Assistant Level Fourth Level (Kharidar), the previously recommended candidate (Merit Order No. 23) Bishnu Kuwar was found to have already been appointed to another position. After receiving this information from Urlabari Municipality, Morang, the Commission decided to remove his name from the merit list.
In accordance with Section 39(2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44(1) of the Province Public Service Commission Rules, 2081, the Commission decided on 2082-11-04 (BS) to recommend Dilip Khanal (Alternative Merit Order No. 2) for permanent appointment to the vacant post.
