Koshi PSC Recommends Alternative Candidate for Staff Nurse

The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province has recommended an alternative candidate for the post of Staff Nurse under the Provincial Health Service, Nursing Group, General Nursing Sub-Group. The Commission’s Interview and Recommendation Branch decided to recommend a candidate from the alternative list for a vacant post under the Ministry of Health, Koshi Province.
According to Notice No. 392/2082-083, for Advertisement No. 5037/2081-82 (Women), Assistant Level Fifth Level, the previously recommended alternative candidate (Alternative Merit Order No. 1) Varsha Karki was found to have not taken appointment. After the Ministry of Health informed the Commission in writing that she did not join, the Commission decided to remove her name from the merit list.
In accordance with Section 39(2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44(1) of the Province Public Service Commission Rules, 2081, the Commission has recommended Pooja Dev (Alternative Merit Order No. 2) for permanent appointment to the vacant post. This decision was made by the Commission meeting dated February 16, 2026 [2082-11-04 (BS)].
