Results of the Public Service Commission Written Examination of Upa Sachiv (Foreign Affairs)

The Public Service Commission (PSC), located at Kamalpokhri, Kathmandu, has released the results for the written examination it held recently. Candidates who partook in this critical exam are hereby informed that a select group of candidates has been successfully shortlisted for the subsequent In Basket Exercise and interview round.

Breakdown of Results

The written examination results published by the PSC Central Office list the names and roll numbers of selected candidates in alphabetical order. Out of a total of 140 candidates, only 6 made it through to the next phase. The examination was for the position of an Undersecretary (Upa Sachiv) or similar role in the Foreign Affairs group, a Gazetted Second Class category.

What's Next?

For those successful in the written examination, the next steps involve an In Basket Exercise and an interview. These will take place at the Public Service Commission (PSC), Central Office, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. Please note, all selected candidates are expected to arrive one hour prior to the scheduled exercise on the specified date.

Documentation Requirements

Selected candidates are required to submit 2 copies each of their passport size photographs, all relevant certificates, other necessary documents, and the first and second pages of their application form. These should be submitted to the application management center of the commission, Anamnagar, within 7 days from the date of the publication of this notice.

Failure to submit the necessary documentation, or if the required qualifications are not met, could result in cancellation of the application at any point in time.
