According to the decision of the National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, the results of regular / grade promotion and partial examination of class 12 conducted from Bhadra 30 to Ashoj 8, 2078 BS have been published as per the decision of National Examination Board dated 2078/08/17.

The results of the entire subject of the current section of the candidates with the following numbers have been canceled:

1. Provision regarding issuance of certificate / Marksheet / Grade sheet:

A) Candidates who have participated in class 11/12 examinations by alphabetical system and obtained at least D + in each subject in both classes and at least C grade in experimental examination and those who have passed class 11 and 12 in alphabetical system will have to submit transcripts, migration and Receipt for Promotional (TMP) Certificate.

Due to the Covid-19 infection, the schools concerned have to maintain the social norm and send the school representatives to the concerned offices of the board to collect the standard fee for the certificate (Rs. 1,100) from the students and make arrangements to deduct the bill for the certificate.

B) Candidates who have obtained at least D + in the theoretical examination of each subject and at least C grade in the experimental examination by participating in the examination of class 11 and 12 through alphabetical system will be able to get the certificate of educational qualification only in case they do not participate in the grade promotion examination. Candidates who have obtained the certificate of educational qualification in this way will not be allowed to participate in the grade promotion examination. If such candidates participate in the grade promotion examination, the examination will be canceled automatically.

C) Candidates appearing in the examination as regular candidates (having the first two digits of registration number 77) must attach a certified copy of the grade sheet obtained D + in the theoretical side and C grade in the experimental side in the class 11 examination conducted by the school in 2077 BS.

2) After the publication of the results of class 12, the candidates who want to re-apply for the grade / marks of any subject they have obtained are not satisfied with the rate of Rs. 1100 Within 15 (fifteen) days (2078-9-4) from the date of publication of the results of the examination by attaching the grade sheet / marksheet downloaded from np, application can be made to the concerned offices of the National Examination Board or National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.

3) If any error (postponed or absent, subject change, name surname, rail number variation etc.) is observed during the publication of Class 12 results by the National Examination Board; It is requested to submit the application along with the required documents within 6 months from the date of publication of results in the concerned branch offices or National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. There is also a request for information on how no action will be taken on the applications which have expired and have not reached the formalities.

4) If there is any error in the result due to technical reasons, it will be corrected from the records of the Examination Control Office.

 

For obtaining the educational certificates (transcript, migration and promotional) provided by the National Examination Board, it is necessary to follow the criteria as per the details.

Details:

1) According to the grading system (the first two digits of the registration number are 73 or less), the students participating in the examination have passed all the subjects of class 11 and 12 (minimum 35% (thirty five percent) on the theoretical side and minimum 40% (forty percent) marks on the experimental side). Application for educational certificate should be submitted only after May. If the amount is filed without passing all the subjects, the amount will not be refunded.

2) Students who have passed the examination in accordance with the letter grading system (the first two digits of the registration number are 74 or more) and have obtained minimum D (D plus) in the theoretical and minimum 2 (C) grades in the experimental subject in all subjects of class 11 and 12. Only application for educational certificate should be submitted. If any student files the amount without obtaining the prescribed grade, the amount will not be refunded.

3) Students who have obtained the certificate of educational qualification will not be allowed to take the Grade Increment examination. Also, students who retake the exam for grade increment after obtaining C or D plus in any subject, if they get the academic certificate before the result of grade increment examination, then the result of the last grade increment examination will not be included; Such students are informed to apply for the certificate of educational qualification only after receiving the result of Grade Increment examination.

4) Rs. 1,100 / - will be charged for educational certificates (Transcript, Migration and Provisional Rs. 350, Rs. 400 and Rs. 350 respectively). Students who have passed the Grade Increment (Chance) examination of class 12 will have to pay an additional Rs. 350. The school is also requested not to charge students more than the prescribed fee.
