Nepal Police Staff College Entrance Exam Result Of MPS and Merit List
The entrance examination for MPS (Master of Police Sciences), operated as a Nepal Police Staff College, has been passed by 16 DSPs (Police Deputy Superintendents).
Those who passed will study at the Staff College for the year 2026. The candidates were from the 2070 batch who had been recruited as Police Inspectors and have now become DSPs, and they took the Staff College entrance examination.
Among them, only 16 individuals have passed.
Meanwhile, stating that the Staff College course should not be implemented in the Nepal Police, police personnel from the 2070 batch have also filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court. Their demand is that it should not be immediately implemented because it affects a police career through a course that is not recognized by the Police Act and Regulations.
In the Nepal Police, the Staff College course has been implemented for the first time from the Inspector batch of 2070. It has been stated that those who do not pass the Staff College course will not be able to become DIG (Deputy Inspector General) as well.
