China Government Scholarship 2026/27 Notice
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Scholarship Section, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Notice regarding the call for applications for scholarships received from the Government of China for the Academic Year 2025/26.
As per the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology dated 2082/08/26, applications have been invited under open and reserved categories for the scholarships received by the Government of China for the Government of Nepal as detailed below. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Applicant Eligibility
For Bachelor’s Level
-
Applicants must have passed Grade 12 or equivalent and must have passed the Tribhuvan University entrance examination in the applied subject (Veterinary Science or equivalent).

For the Bachelor’s level, applicants must have already registered for CSC December 21 and January 25.
For Master’s Level
-
Applicants must have passed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and must have passed the Tribhuvan University entrance examination in the specified subject.
For Doctorate (PhD) Level
-
Applicants must have passed a master’s degree in the relevant subject and must submit a research proposal as follows.

Documents to Be Submitted with the Application
i. Prescribed application form with the applicant’s signature
ii. Notarized copies of academic qualification documents of the level below the level applied for
iii. Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
iv. Passport copy after nomination
v. Entrance examination score card (for bachelor’s or master’s level)
vi. Research proposal in the prescribed format (for PhD level)
Age Limit for Applicants
i. For Bachelor’s level: Not completed 25 years
ii. For Master’s level: Not completed 35 years
iii. For PhD level: Not completed 45 years
iv. For Senior Scholar Program: For Associate Professor or above, not completed 50 years
