Extension of Form Submission Deadline for Targeted Scholarship
To all 753 local levels - As per the decision of the Center dated 2082/06/21, the deadline for filling and submitting the Proxy Mean Testing (PMT) forms under the Targeted Scholarship Program has been extended until 2082/07/30.
The program aims to provide scholarships to students studying in Class 6 and Class 9 of public schools in the upcoming academic session 2083, in accordance with Clause (a) of Sub-clause (1) of Clause 7 of the Targeted Scholarship Management Guideline, 2080.
1. Regarding PMT Form Filling and Submission
1.1 Visit the website of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD) at https://cehrd.gov.np or the Integrated Educational Management Information System (IEMIS) at https://emis.cehrd.gov.np.
Click on the Admin section located at the top right corner of the screen (indicated by a person icon) and download the PMT form from the download option. Schools must ensure that students fill out the form and enter the data into the IEMIS system accordingly.
1.2 Schools must print the PMT forms and make them available to students studying in Class 5 and Class 8 in the current academic session (2082) who wish to apply for the scholarship.
1.3 Each student must correctly fill out all indicators mentioned in the form, get the form verified and certified by their guardian, and submit it to the school principal.
1.4 The principal must verify and sign the submitted form before forwarding it to the local level for further authentication (Verification).
1.5 After completing the above process, schools must log in to the IEMIS system at emis.cehrd.gov.np and enter all the required indicators from the PMT forms received.
2. Regarding Entry of PMT Forms into IEMIS
2.1 Log in to the IEMIS system at https://emis.cehrd.gov.np and navigate to the Dashboard. Select the menu EIE/PMT/UMS.
2.2 Inside EIE/PMT/UMS, go to the PMT menu. Then select the year 2082, and the class 5 or 8, and click Load.
2.3 On the right side of each student's name, click on Action to open the PMT form. Then, carefully enter all details as mentioned in the verified hard copy of the student’s PMT form into the system.
2.4 Once all the data from the verified hard copy of the PMT form has been entered into the IEMIS system, schools must securely keep the certified hard copies and their records for documentation purposes.
