Call for Nominations for Hem Bahadur Malla Samman 2081 and 2082
Nepal Public Administration Association (PAAN) has requested recommendations for eligible individuals or institutions for the Hem Bahadur Malla Samman for the years 2081 and 2082.
Established in 2059 BS with the support of Salt Trading Corporation in honor of the late Hem Bahadur Malla, a capable administrator and manager, this award has been presented every year with a cash prize of Rs 200,000 to an individual or institution making outstanding contributions in public administration, management, and service.
In this context, PAAN has invited the names and details of individuals or institutions that meet the prescribed criteria for recognition under this award for the years 2081 and 2082.

The person or institution recommended for the award must meet the following criteria:

Individuals or institutions that have made outstanding and exceptional contributions by providing effective institutional leadership for advancement and progress in the fields of industry, commerce, health, public service, public service delivery, information management, innovation, research, and public concern.
Institutional Transformation and Management Excellence
Individuals or institutions that have successfully brought about institutional transformation as a founder, promoter, operator, chief executive, or manager in various fields of public administration, management, and service, and have made notable contributions.

Nomination Deadline: By April 13, 2026 (end of Chaitra 2082 BS)
Submission Method: By email or letter
Required Documents: Name of the potential candidate along with a brief profile
The final deadline for submitting the name of a potential candidate, along with a brief introduction, by email or letter has been set for the end of Chaitra 2082.
PAAN has requested that the recommendation be sent to the designated address within the deadline by email or letter, along with a brief profile of the proposed candidate.
