Kathmandu
Kathmandu Metropolitan City (Kathmandu Mahanagar) has called for reapplication for scholarships to be provided in institutional educational institutions for Class 11 and 12 in the academic session 2083/84. The Metropolitan City has stated that examinees who were not nominated in the first and second lists of the scholarship program and who wish to be included in the final nomination (wrap-up) must fill out the online form by selecting the order of priority for subject and educational institution.
Applications have already opened from 10:00 AM today, and students must submit their applications by 5:00 PM on 2083 Asar 8.
According to Namraj Dhakal, coordinator of the Examination Committee and Education Officer, 4,857 quotas were fixed this year in 145 educational institutions within the Metropolitan City. Of these, a total of 3,281 students were selected through the first and second lists, and students have now been given an opportunity to choose their subject and educational institution priorities for the remaining 1,576 quotas. The final nomination will be made subject-wise on the basis of students’ overall merit.
Method for Filling Out the Online Form
Examinees can apply through ‘entrance dot gov dot np’ as before, using their symbol number, including alphabet, date of birth, and the password received by email or mobile.
Students must confirm the educational institutions where seats are vacant and then select any one subject they wish to study. Under this arrangement, they may also choose a subject different from the one selected earlier. After that, they may reapply by selecting the priority order of all educational institutions with vacant seats or the institutions they prefer.
