MoEST Notice: Tianjin University Scholarships 2026/27
Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), Scholarship Section, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Notice regarding a call for applications for scholarships received from TIANJIN University for the academic year 2026/27:
As per the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology dated 2082/09/16, applications have been requested for eligible Nepali students for postgraduate/doctoral levels (Masters and PhD/Undergraduates) in the subjects listed below. This notice is published for Nepali students who meet the required qualifications.

Level: Masters
- Subject/Stream: Radio/Nuclear Chemistry
- Entrance Result to be Presented: MSc in Chemistry (TU)
Level: Masters
- Subject/Stream: Cyber/Data Security
- Entrance Result to be Presented: MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering (TU)
Level: PhD
- Subject/Stream: Environment Science
- Submission to be Presented: Research Proposal (for doctorate)
Level: PhD
- Subject/Stream: Nuclear Chemistry
- Submission to be Presented: Research Proposal (for doctorate)
Applicant Eligibility
For Master’s Level
As per Sub-rule 2 of Rule 14 of the Scholarship Regulations, 2060, an applicant applying for the Master’s-level scholarship must have passed the entrance examination conducted by Tribhuvan University in the relevant subject as follows:

For Radio/Nuclear Chemistry: MSc in Chemistry (TU) entrance examination passed

For Cyber/Data Security: MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering (TU) entrance examination passed
For Master’s level, the basis for selection will be the merit ranking of the same entrance examination.
For PhD Level
For the PhD level, the applicant must have passed Master’s level or equivalent and must submit a research proposal as mentioned below.
Other eligibility requirements for applicants will be as per the university’s requirements.
