The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Educational Promotion and Incentives Management Committee, has released the preliminary results with the order of merit for educational incentives. This initiative aims to provide educational benefits to the children of civil servants associated with the Secretariat of the Educational Promotion Career Management Committee.

Guidelines for Educational Incentives

Following the approved annual program of 2079/80, the guidelines for granting educational incentives to civil servants' children have been published, incorporating the amendments made in 2078. The notification regarding this was released on 2080-01-15.

Selection Process

The result list is based on the applications received within the specified deadline. Applicants who completed the process according to the guidelines and met the criteria outlined in section 5 of the guidelines have been considered. The order of merit has been determined based on the submitted details and attached documents, including certified documents from relevant colleges, parent working offices, and information obtained from the respective universities and civil library records.

Publication of Preliminary Results

The preliminary result list, as per the decision made on 2080-02-17, has been published to provide information to all concerned parties. The purpose of this publication is to allow individuals to review their status and raise any concerns they may have.

Filing Complaints

If an applicant is dissatisfied with their inclusion in the preliminary result list or suspects that incorrect details or documents have been submitted on their behalf, they can file a complaint. According to section 15 of the guidelines, the complainant must submit the complaint within 15 days from the date of this notice's publication to the complaint hearing committee, the secretariat, the ministry, or the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. The complaint should clearly state the basis and reasons for disputing the result. Upon investigation, if the complaint is found to be valid, the concerned applicant's name will be removed from the result list.

Important Information for Listed Students

Students whose names are included in the result list must submit additional details, such as the permanent account number and bank account information of their parents, through the online application system for admission. It is essential to complete this step according to the schedule provided in the directory.
