Professional Registration: Specialist registration certificate from the Nepal Medical Council and the Nepal Nursing Council.

Work Experience: At least 1 year of work experience at recognized health institutions.

Application Fee: Rs. 3,500 (non-refundable).

Deposit Proof: Submit the original bank deposit voucher.

Application Form Distribution: From 2082-07-19 (BS), forms will be distributed by the Dean’s Office after the deposit and submission of the original voucher.
