UGC Nepal Notice on Applying by Setting Institution Priority Order
As per the Skilled Technical Human Resource Development Program under Cost Sharing, Program Implementation Guidelines 2075 (Revised 2080), students who received scholarships and completed undergraduate engineering studies are required to serve under the National Technical Service.
Accordingly, this notice is published to request eligible graduates to select the assigned educational institutions in priority order and submit the application within office hours by 2082 Magh 06 (Tuesday). Related detailed information can be obtained from the University Grants Commission website.
Basis for This Notice
As per the Skilled Technical Teaching Human Resource Development Program under Cost Sharing, Program Implementation Guidelines, 2080, for deployment under the National Technical Service, Tribhuvan University, Institute of Engineering, Dean’s Office has determined the merit order and provided the list of human resources as per the attached list.
Based on the same, this notice is published to request the listed human resources to complete the following bases and procedures and apply by setting the priority order of the designated educational institutions.
Bases and Procedure for Applying and Setting Priority Order

From among the educational institutions provided subject-wise by the Education and Human Resource Development Center and the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, applicants must set the priority order in the form only for the institutions related to their subject.

All educational institutions listed in the form must be assigned a priority order.

The priority order must be clearly written in numbers and words in the designated boxes without any overwriting or corrections.

The form must be duly completed and signed as required.

Those who do not submit the application by determining the institution priority order within the specified time will have no alternative arrangement. Such human resources will be subject to action as per Section 20 of the Skilled Technical Human Resource Development Program under Cost Sharing, Program Implementation Guidelines, 2080.

Along with the priority-order form, applicants must attach the documents listed below and submit two record files:
a) Nepali citizenship certificate
b) Photocopies of academic qualification documents (transcript, character certificate)
c) Copy of the bond agreement executed as per the scholarship rules
The priority determination form can be downloaded from the University Grants Commission website and filled.
Bases for Recommendation

For engineering subjects, educational institutions will be recommended in a manner that matches the merit order list received from Tribhuvan University, Institute of Engineering, Dean’s Office and the applicant’s institution priority order.

Educational institutions will be recommended by giving priority to the list of educational institutions received by this Commission after priority order determination by the Education and Human Resource Development Center and the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.

After recommendations are made by matching merit and priority order, no changes will be made. However, to check whether the recommendation matches merit order and priority, and to submit a complaint if it does not match, a period of 3 (three) days will be provided, and the recommended list will be published through the website.

Note
For Computer Engineering deployment, among 17 persons:

12 persons will be deployed to community schools under the Education and Human Resource Development Center.

5 persons will be deployed to institutions under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
For Civil Engineering deployment, among 35 persons:

24 persons will be deployed to community schools under the Education and Human Resource Development Center.

11 persons will be deployed to institutions under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
