Madan Smarak Secondary School (मदन स्मारक माध्यामिक विद्यालय, पुल्चोक, ललितपुर) was founded in 1954 (2011 B.S.)as a Public educational institution, which is located in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal. It is affiliated to the National Examinations Board (NEB) and approved by the Ministry of Education. It offers education programs from ECD to Grade Ten (SEE) and Class 11 & 12 ( Ten Plus Two programs under Management, Humanities and Education streams).
After celebrating Golden Jubilee of the school as Girl's School, it became co-ed but for many of us who have studied there when it was Girl's High School.
Madan Smarak Girls' High School established in 2011 BS actually but officially 2014 BS, located in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal was once the best government school in Kathmandu Valley and famous for its good academia, extracurricular activities and participation in various avenues.
Madan Smarak Girl's High School was a great academic institution and now it is called Madan Smarak High School, surviving with good and bad, favorable, and unfavorable conditions in course of its operation!!!
