AIM:

The aim of the institution is to impart sound value-based education by forming in the boy's habits of piety, virtue, discipline, and self-reliance during the years of their studies, thus enabling them to be dutiful Children of God and responsible citizen of the motherland, Nepal. The method of education followed in the school is the Preventive System taught and practiced by St. John Bosco. It is based on Reason, Religion, and Loving-kindness. It seeks to form the young, through education, into students of character, competence, conscience, compassion and commitment who will foster uprightness in public life. We aim to form synergized and enlightened global citizens equipped to respond to the opportunities and challenges of the rapidly changing world. It looks forward to mould intellectually competent, morally upright, socially committed, civically responsible, and spiritually inspired persons through an innovative and holistic approach to education.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INSTITUTION:

The NEB (National Examinations Board, Nepal) +2 courses offered at Nepal Don Bosco School/
College (NDBS) is in accordance with the guidance and recognition of NEB.
The +2 system at NDBS offers an in-depth study of different subjects to meet the objectives of high
school education.
Its structure – course duration, curricula, syllabi, examinations – makes the program one of the
most relevant educational qualifications in Nepal.
NDBS has recognized that the two-year +2 curriculum is an academically challenging period.
These young students need to have the impetus and should focus upon a set of objectives. This results in
student satisfaction and continuing interest in education.
NDBS aims at providing modern, in-depth, pragmatic, and effective education, the +2 system is the
best path to both general and focused higher education.
The +2 program at NDBS targets to provide a sound academic base for the student to further studies
in health & medical science, engineering, management, or humanities.

SCHOLARSHIP:

1. The Topper (Minimum, 3.75 GPA) of the School:-75% Scholarship on the Tuition Fee
2. Those above 3.6 GPA:- 50% Scholarship of the Tuition Fee
3. Those above 3.0 GPA:- 25% Scholarship on the Tuition Fee
4. Scholarship for Deserving & Needy Students.
5. A Certain percent reduction at the discretion of NDBS Management to the student of Mahalaxami
