1. Position: HEAD HUMAN RESOURCE - One
Minimum requirement
- Strong academic background and track record in the field of Human Resources with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management in banks and financial institutions.
2. Position: BRANCH MANAGERS - Few
Location: Head Office and branches all over Nepal
Minimum requirements
- Sound work experience in BFIs with a proven track record in sales, credit, and branch management/ Minimum Bachelor's degree
3. Position: ASSISTANT/ JUNIOR ASSISTANT/ TRAINEE - Few
Location: Head Office and branches all over Nepal
Minimum requirements
- Intermediate in management or preferably a Bachelor's Degree in management from a recognized educational institution/Work experience of two years in BFIs for Assistant & Junior Assistant level.
