1. Officer / Junior Officer - Few
Level: Officer
Qualification: Candidates must have completed a Bachelor Degree or similar degree from a recognized academic institution.
2. Senior Assistant / Assistant (Branch Manager) -Few
Level: Assistant
Qualification: Candidates must have completed 10+2 or similar academic qualification and a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Microfinance and having knowledge of Banking software.
3. Trainee Assistant - Few
Level: Assistant
Qualification:
- Minimum SLC / SEE or similar level.
- Computer knowledge such as Word, Excel, Email, Internet.
- Experience or knowledge about microfinance will be beneficial and will be given preference.
Age Limit: 21 - 40 years of age for officer level and 18 to 35 years old for Assistant level.
Working Location: Central and Branch Offices.
Salary and Allowances: As per financial Rule of the company.
