AEPC Announces Vacancy for Consultant Expert Positions
Kathmandu, 24 June 2026 — Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), under the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Government of Nepal, has announced vacancies for two consultant expert positions based in Kathmandu.
According to the vacancy notice, AEPC is seeking applications from qualified, energetic, and self-motivated Nepali citizens who meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The vacancies are related to AEPC’s work in renewable energy, climate finance, GCF Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme, GEF engagement, Article 6 activities, Carbon Trade Regulation, 2082, and the National Carbon Registry.

Application Process
Interested candidates are required to submit their application along with a cover letter, CV, copies of citizenship, academic certificates, and experience certificates.

Selection Method
The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification, relevant experience, and capability to carry out the assignment. Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.

The application must be submitted on or before 05:00 PM on 30 June 2026.
