Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national level financial institution licensed to conduct 'D' class financial transactions from Nepal Rastra Bank. Required Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
- Deputy Manager: Passed Laghubitta or equivalent and minimum five-year working experience as Officer Level in a Laghubitta / Bank / Finance.
- Assistant Manager: Passed Laghubitta or equivalent and minimum five-year working experience as Officer Level in a Laghubitta / Bank / Finance.
- Senior Officer: Passed Bachelor Degree or Equivalent and minimum three-year working experience in the relevant field.
- Junior Officer: Passed Bachelor Degree or Equivalent and minimum One-year working experience in the relevant field.
Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who can independently lead the concerned department in all the mentioned posts, have experience in the central office of the MFI, and can strategically face the existing challenges in the microfinance sector.
Age Limit: Completed 21 years for managerial level and not exceeding 45 years; And 21 years for Officer Level and not exceeding 40 years. However, in the case of the female applicants, the upper age will be increased by 5 years.
Salary Allowance: This Will be as per the rules of the organization.
