Bagmati Province PSC Adds 31 Posts in 5th Level Advertisement

The Province Public Service Commission, Bagmati Province has increased the required number of posts for various Assistant Fifth Level positions under the Local Government Service. Issuing a notice on Tuesday, the commission published revised post numbers by adding 31 posts to the previously published advertisement.
According to the Administration and Monitoring Section of the commission, the decision to revise the advertisement published under Notice No. 183/082–83 dated 2082/09/24 was made on 2082/10/12. Earlier, the advertisement had been opened for 198 posts. With the addition of 31 posts, the total required number of posts has now reached 229.

The commission has increased posts in various groups under Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, and Health services. The highest increase has been made in the Health Service (Health Inspection Group / Health Assistant) and the Administration Service.

Post Adjustment by Local Level
The additional posts are intended for various local levels. As mentioned in the notice, the required numbers have been increased for local levels including:

Bidur Municipality and Kispang Rural Municipality of Nuwakot

Gokulganga Rural Municipality of Ramechhap

The commission clarified that although post numbers have been increased or adjusted, matters such as candidates’ academic qualifications, experience, age criteria, and application submission dates will remain as stated in the earlier notice dated 2082/09/24.
